Yasmim Silveira

Yasmim Silveira works in MJAB’s Legal Advocacy practice, focusing on strategic litigation and tax matters, including tax settlements, Civil Procedure, and pro bono cases, developing strategic legal solutions and promoting a positive impact for clients and the community. She has solid experience in Tax Law, Administrative Law, and Civil Law, including work on cases and appeals before the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). Throughout her career, she has worked at law firms and at relevant institutions such as the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT), the Federal Public Defender’s Office (DPU), and the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
