At the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), he held the positions of ministerial advisor, secretary of oversight and legal advisor to the Presidency, conducting strategic analyses on regulatory oversight and the Union\u2019s budget execution. He also worked at the Secretariat of the Investment Partnerships Program (PPI) of the Presidency of the Republic, coordinating projects of national relevance in the transport and ports sectors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"1109\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">His experience adds to Legal Advocacy an integrated vision between law, economics and governance, allowing the structuring of solutions in complex matters such as public-private partnerships, public policy modeling and regulation of essential services.
