Andresa Sena

With more than fifteen years in legal practice, Andresa Sena stands out for coordinating legal teams specialized in strategic litigation, with solid experience in complex and highly relevant cases. Throughout her career, she has represented insurance companies, trade unions, a federal autarchy and a complementary private pension fund. Since 2019, she has been a partner at MJAB, working in Legal Advocacy with a focus on litigation and conducting high-impact strategic cases, including the defense of a company in proceedings involving allegations of overpricing in a public contract for 400 COVID-19 ventilators. Andresa has expertise in the civil, corporate and administrative areas.
