Oswaldo Othon Neto
Othon Neto is a partner at MJAB, with notable experience in negotiating tax settlement agreements and fiscal regularization for large companies. Since becoming a partner in 2021, he has led complex cases, including representing one of Brazil’s major airlines in the creation of a settlement agreement to negotiate all of the company’s debts with the Federal Revenue Service, an unprecedented effort in the market.
Othon has solid experience with tax agreements before the Office of the Attorney General of the National Treasury and the Federal Public Administration Mediation and Conciliation Chamber (CCAF/AGU).
