Leandro developed a public career by assisting trial and appellate court judges and Federal Government Attorneys at the Regional Federal Court (First Region) and working for a government bank, Caixa Economica Federal. He has also worked for renowned Brazilian law firms such as TozziniFreire and Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. He worked for nine years at Mattos Filho, where he focused on governmental relations and advocacy. He regularly participates in seminars, courses and workshops on issues related to government relations and advocacy. Leandro was ranked in the 2019, 2020 and 2021 editions of Leaders League.
