Bárbara has experience monitoring matters within the National Congress and in regulatory matters in the Executive Branch, particularly with Brazilian regulatory bodies, especially in the energy, oil and gas, and entertainment sectors.
She acted in significant cases in Brazil, such as the analysis of fuel’s concentration in the market and its productive chain, considering public opinion and legal, social, economic, political, and international factors. In addition to her work in the energy area, Bárbara has been dedicated to discussions involving the regulatory framework for games and casinos in Brazil, with articles and analyses of the sector and government agencies involved.
Graduated from the Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCeub) in 2016 and holds a post-graduation degree in Law and Government Relations from the same institution, Bárbara has been a partner at MJAB since 2017, where she coordinates cases related to the energy and entertainment sector in the area of Advocacy. Bárbara is part of the CESA’s coordination of the Legislative Monitoring Committee (Brazilian Law Firm Think Tank), Secretary-General of the Games Law Commission at OAB/DF for the 2019/2021 triennium and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Sports Law (IBDD).
